Please produced documents showing the amounts of fines and costs collected by the City of New Orleans relative to Code Enforcement violations (minimum property standards, blight, etc.) from 2013 to the present.  Please include amounts collected through voluntary payment and amounts collected as a result of a lien foreclosure sale of a property. A spreadsheet is preferred.
