Request #17-1831

Please provide the number of firefighters and NOFD officials (of any rank) who provided services or supervision related to the removal of the Battle of Liberty Place monument from April 23 to April 24, 2017; the hours (broken down by regular time and overtime) worked by those NOFD members in fulfilling those duties; and the amount of money paid to those employees for those hours.

As a media requester under La. R.S. 44, I request a waiver of fees associated with this request. I also request the records be provided in electronic format whenever feasible. The law gives you three days to provide access to the records or to give me a reason the records are not immediately available. If any portion of my request is exempt under the Public Records Act, you must provide reasons for each exemption in writing.
