[Records] that pertain to the following three (3) parcels of land that are commonly referred to as the "Eastover Borrow Pit":

  • 0 Jahncke Road - SEC 28 Parcel 2-R (66.404AC) OR 2,892,558 SF ASSD 1987 39W06703 PLAN 9-16A-85 VACANT.
  • 10 Gannon Road - SEC 29 Parcel 2-A (14.057AC) OR 612,323 SF 1987 ASSD 39W016803 PLAN 9-16A-85 VACANT.
  • 40894 Jahncke Road - SEC 28 PARCEL 2-8 (38.174AC) OR 1,662,895 SF 1987 ASSD 39W016703 PLAN 9-16A-85 VACANT.

This request specifically includes, but is not limited to, all records that are in the care, custody, or control of the City of New Orleans, the City Council, the City Planning Commission (including the Board of Zoning Adjustments), the Department of Safety and Permits, the Mayor's Office of Environmental Affairs (a/k/a the Mayor's Office of Coastal and Environmental Affairs) and the Department of Finance.  Additionally, this request specifically includes, but is not limited to, the following items regarding the three (3) above referenced parcels of land that are referred to as the Eastover Borrow Pit:

  • all permits issued by the City of New Orleans to the owners and/or agents of record for the above referenced parcels of land.  This request specifically includes any and all records received by the City of New Orleans in connection with applications for coastal use permits and any applications submitted for an occupational license in compliance with Section 150-952, et seq.
  • all records received from the applicants for the above referenced permits and all records generated by the City of New Orleans in the permitting process.

The time period for this public records request shall be July 1st, 2015 to the present.
