03:53 hours Bourbon St/ Canal St P/O Warren

Victim: W/F, 12/08/1993

Gist: The victim walked by a group of individuals when walking back to her ship. They asked the victim several times if she needed them to take her back to her ship and how much money she had on her. The victim declined assistance several times. The individuals started following the victim, one of them pushed her to the ground. $120 was taken from the victim. The individuals fled the location on foot in an unknown direction. PIO notified via Everbridge.
