Dear Sir/Madam:

Pursuant to the Louisiana Public Records Law, R.S. § 44:1 et seq., I request the production of the following public records:

1)            Complete and current copies of all studies and plans pertaining to the land-based, vehicular traffic plan for the new airport terminal. This should include, but not be limited to, any/all studies regarding the proposed Interstate 10 interchange and all city and parish roadways impacted.

2)            Complete and current copies of all contracts related to any/all street construction entered into by the New Orleans Aviation Board as part of the construction and operation of the new airport terminal. This should include, but not be limited to, plans which address traffic flow coming into and out of the airport and city roadways connected to the airport.  

3)            Current and complete copies of any records of the New Orleans Aviation Board pertaining to the application by the State of Louisiana for funds under the GARVEE program.

Please produce these records in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel formats.

In accordance with R.S. § 44:32(C)(2), I request a waiver of fees associated with the production of the requested information as these requested records are for the public purpose of research as part of legitimate news gathering. However, if such a waiver is not granted and the cost of the production of these records exceeds $50, please notify me by email or phone (below).

If you deny any part of this request, please cite each specific exemption to the Louisiana Public Records Law that you have determined justifies the refusal to produce the records. Please contact me at any time using the contact information below.
