Please be advised that the New Orleans 311 system has only been in place since March 26, 2012. Therefore, the City only has records from those dates forward. The 311 Office has provided the following information:
- 2012: 3,608 pothole tickets opened
- 2013: 2,197 pothole tickets opened
- 2014: 2,297 pothole tickets opened
- 2015: 2,397 pothole tickets opened
- 2016: 2,436 pothole tickets opened
Furthermore, the 311 Office has compiled the records of all of the calls tagged as pothole repairs; these records are available for your purchase (see below). The Department of Public Works noted that "once a location is assigned to Department of Public Works maintenance crews for repair, the crew will patch not only the requested location, but the entire block, which may or may not have been reported via NOLA311."
Please be advised that records responsive to your request have been compiled and are available for your review, or you may purchase the records on a compact disk for $25.00.
