  1. A current and complete record/list, in Microsoft Excel format, showing the budget for 2018 for the Property Management Department of the City of New Orleans. This should include, but not be limited to, the current totaled figures for all expenditures, such as the amount of that department’s total overtime payout and the department’s total employee payout for regular hourly salaries.
  2. A current and complete record/list, in Microsoft Excel format, showing the budget for 2017 for the Property Management Department of the City of New Orleans. This should include, but not be limited to, the final figures for all expenditures, such as the dollar amount of that department’s total overtime payout, the total number of overtime hours paid by the department and the department’s total employee payout for regular hourly salaries.
  3. A current and complete record/list, in Microsoft Excel format, showing the budget for 2016 for the Property Management Department of the City of New Orleans. This should include, but not be limited to, the final figures for all expenditures, such as the dollar amount of that department’s total overtime payout, the total number of overtime hours paid by the department and the department’s total employee payout for regular hourly salaries.
  4. A current and complete copy of the approved 2019 budget, in Microsoft Excel format, for the Property Management department of the City of New Orleans. This should include, but not be limited to, the projected amount of money the department has budgeted for overtime in 2019.
  5. A current and complete record/list, in Microsoft Excel format, showing the amount of overtime paid to each employee of the Property Management department of the City of New Orleans for 2018. This should include, but not be limited to, the current total overtime dollar amount per employee, the current total number of overtime hours that employee has worked this year, the overtime hourly pay rate per employee, the base hourly pay rate per employee, the employee’s job classification and the employee’s name.
  6. A current and complete record/list, in Microsoft Excel format, showing the amount of overtime paid to each employee of the Property Management department of the City of New Orleans for 2017. This should include, but not be limited to, the final overtime dollar amount per employee, the final number of overtime hours that employee worked that year, the overtime hourly pay rate per employee for that year, the base hourly pay rate per employee for that year, the employee’s job classification for that year and the employee’s name.
  7. A current and complete record/list, in Microsoft Excel format, showing the amount of overtime paid to each employee of the Property Management department of the City of New Orleans for 2016. This should include, but not be limited to, the final overtime dollar amount per employee for that year, the final number of overtime hours that employee worked that year, the overtime hourly pay rate per employee for that year, the base hourly pay rate per employee for that year, the employee’s job classification for that year and the employee’s name.
