If your request is for camera footage from a traffic camera, the Department of Public Works would not have traffic camera video unless it relates to a specific traffic citation. To obtain video not related to a specific traffic citation, please contact Tracy Slunder, American Traffic Solutions, ATS, Client Support Specialist at 480-596-4574. 

If your request is for crime camera footage, please resubmit your request to the Police Department and provide an item number for the incident that you believe was captured on camera.  Additionally, please be advised that crime camera footage is retained for 30 days unless there is a court order to preserve the footage or the footage was saved as evidence of a crime.  Additional information regarding crime cameras can be found here: https://nola.gov/homeland-security/real-time-crime-center/
