The City Planning Commission and Department of Safety and Permits have advised that they do not have records responsive to your request.

 

The Department of Code Enforcement has two files. Both of those files relate to violations for overgrown weeds (over 18 inches high) and potential rodent harborage associated with the overgrown weeds. If you want to purchase these Code Enforcement records, you may purchase them for $11.50 (23 pages @ $0.50/page).

 

Please be advised that the Fire Department will respond to this request separately.

 

Also please note, for your convenience and future reference, that the City maintains information on code violations, building violations, zoning, certificates of occupancy, and more online. The following websites may provide information you may be looking for in the future:

  • property.nola.gov has property information regarding zoning, conditional uses, future land use, overlays and interim zoning districts, local historic districts, national register of historic places, neighborhood conservation districts, and more.
  • https://onestopapp.nola.gov/ has property information on certificates of occupancy, building permits, plans, inspections, violations, and more (from 2013-present).
