Rev. St. 44:3(A)(1). As such, records pertaining to any potential criminal litigation are exempt from disclosure and are not included in the records that are available for your review or purchase.

Also, please be advised that names, personal addresses, and personal phone numbers were redacted to protect the identity of victims, witnesses, and/or complainants. See City of Baton Rouge v. Capital City Press, 2007-1088, p.22 (La. App. 1st Cir. 10/10/08); 4 So.3d 807, 822.
