I am conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) on the properties located at 411 and 413 S. Rampart Street in New Orleans. As part of the assessment, I would like to review any of the following request shall they exist:

  • Records of any outstanding Fire Citations or notices of violation with respect to the property.  Partner also requests your records for any registered/permitted underground/aboveground storage tanks (UST, AST), or hazardous materials spills of the property, if available. 

 

  • Records of Environmental concerns, possibly any spill, cleanups, testing, etc for any historic property uses.

 

  • Records of any outstanding Health Code Citations or notices of violation with respect to the property.    

 

  • Records of any Environmentally related information or notices of violation with respect to the property.  Partner also requests your records for any registered/ permitted underground/ aboveground storage tanks (UST, AST), or hazardous materials spills of the property, if available.  

 

  • Building Records, permits and/ or violations with respect to the property. Partner also requests copies of final building permits, final certificates of occupancy, and any permits for underground/ aboveground storage tank (UST, AST) installations with respect to the property, if available.

The Departments of Safety and Permits and Fire, and the City Planning Commission do not have records responsive to your request.

To review or purchase your records in person, please contact the City Attorney's Office Public Records Team at 504-658-9800 to schedule a day and time.

Fees - We accept cash (please pay exact amount), check, or money order payable to the City of New Orleans

Mail or pick-up - You may remit payment and retrieve the records directly from our receptionist. Or you may mail payment to our office; upon receipt of payment we will mail the records to the address you provide.
