I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that contain or describe notes, memoranda, letters, emails, statements, or documents involving: 

  1. The details of any civil settlement reached by the City of New Orleans relating to the federal case Renaldo Grimball v. City of New Orleans, et al., filed with the United States District Court for the Easter District of Louisiana.
  2. The details of any civil settlement reached by the New Orleans Police Department relating to the federal case Renaldo Grimball v. City of New Orleans, et al., filed with the United States District Court for the Easter District of Louisiana.
  3. The details of any civil settlement reached by former NOPD officer Sean West relating to the federal case Renaldo Grimball v. City of New Orleans, et al., filed with the United States District Court for the Easter District of Louisiana.
  4. Any monetary amount paid out by the City of New Orleans to Renaldo Grimball.
  5. Any monetary amount paid out by the New Orleans Police Department to Renaldo Grimball.
  6. Any monetary amount paid out by former New Orleans Police Department officer Sean West to Renaldo Grimball.
