Request #19-3289
  Closed

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am representing Ericka Stearns, the owner of the property located at 4909-4911 Coliseum Street.  The mortgagee of this property has been paying the taxes properly and on time.  An individual has attempted to possess her house and pay the taxes on her property even though none were due.

A preliminary injunction has been granted against that individual and an affidavit has been filed nullifying his documents (based upon which he claims possession), the copy of which is available upon request.

Ms. Stearns, my client,  has talked to the Department of Treasury and they have advised me that they are issuing a refund to that individual.

Would you please provide all the copy of all the emails, texts, data, documents and other records which are related to the payment and refund of the double payment to that individual?

Thanks,

Ali Dehghannezhad
