Request #19-3312
  Closed

Dear City of New Orleans,

I am requesting a hearing to contest two notices of violation, Notice #0801901590563 and Notice #0801901591637. In order to prepare for my case, I am requesting the following evidence to be provided to me:

  1. A copy of the chain of custody of evidence
  2. A copy of the SSL certificate that was securing the transfer of evidence data all the way to the court house
  3. 6 months of maintenance records on the camera and radar
  4. 6 months of calibration records on the camera and radar
  5. Name and certification of the technician that is factory trained to work on this camera
  6. A copy of every false positive that has came from this camera
  7. Model and specification sheet of this camera and radar

I would like to mention that I am being deprived of my Sixth Amendment right of the Confrontation Clause to face my accuser. Furthermore, the public was not notified of the recent decrease in the speed threshold for these cameras, which is patently ridiculously. Lastly, I would also like to suggest that to spare my time and the money from the tax payers of the City of New Orleans that this Notice of Violation be dismissed.
