I am conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of the property located at 624 Race Street in New Orleans. As part of the assessment, I would like to review any of the following records should they exist:

-Records of any outstanding Fire Citations or notices of violations with respect to the property. Partner also requests your records for any registered/permitted underground/aboveground storage tanks (UST, AST), or hazardous materials spill on the property, if available.

-Records of Environmental Concerns, possibly any spills, cleanups, testing, etc. for any historic property uses.

-Records of any outstanding Health Code Citations or notices of violations with respect to the property.

-Building Records permits and/or violations with respect to the property. Partner also requests copies of final building permits, final certificates of occupancy.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
