The Department of Code Enforcement has advised that they have two files pertaining to the property address you have provided. One of those files (HCEVU-10-00144) is currently held in storage off-site. The cost of retrieving this file from storage would be your responsibility. It costs approximately $120 to retrieve a file from storage, plus reasonable copying fees. Please advise if you would like to pay to retrieve the file from the off-site facility and we will provide you with the specific price for retrieval. Please note that the City would need to receive payment for the retrieval fee prior to the City requesting the file from the off-site storage facility.

 

The other file that the Department has is CEHB-11-4994 (a case not listed specifically in your request). The records for that file are available for your review or purchase. Please see details on how to review/purchase the records below.

 

Finally, the Department of Code Enforcement advises that the username JASOLIS refers to a former employee of the City, Jonathan Solis.
