Please provide me with the light sequence information for the intersection of Earhart and Claiborne specifically that of the turn signal on Earhart that controls traffic attempting to make a left hand turn on to Claiborne from Earhart on the date of September 7, 2016 along with any information concerning the operational status of this traffic signal on that date. I am making this request on behalf of a law office representing an insurance company in litigation entitled, Civil District Court Case No. 2017-8622 " Hammond v. Pichler, et al."
