Please provide me with a copy of the organizational chart for the Bureau of Treasury for the City of New Orleans. For each listed position:

Please provide Name of the individual holding position;

  • Please state if the current position holder is “Acting” or “Interim”;
  • Please state if the position is “Classified” or “Unclassified”
  • Please state if the position is “Vacant”; and
  • If a person is currently occupying more than one position on the organizational chart, please specify whether she/he is receiving both salaries or which position she/he is being paid under.
  • Lastly, please provide me with any and all copies of the Bureau of Treasury’s internal policy memorandum for guidance and compliance with the Louisiana Public Records Act effective from January 2014 to present.

Fees - We accept cash (please pay exact amount), check, or money order payable to the City of New Orleans

Mail or pick-up - You may remit payment and retrieve the records directly from our receptionist. Or you may mail payment to our office; upon receipt of payment we will mail the records to the address you provide.

Please schedule a day and time with our office prior to picking up records to ensure that the records are with the receptionist.   Or you may mail payment to our office; upon receipt of payment we will mail the records to the address you provide.
