To Whom It May Concern:

I am searching for how to get a copy of both the initial 911 audio, and  NO Fire Department incident report for an emergency I called in at 8:11am on November 9, 2019 for downed power lines of the home and in front yard of 1826 Reynes St., New Orleans, LA 70117.

That vacant since 2012 home is in the Blight status process for probable demolition, and I am concerned that there are still imminent public safety risks not being addressed. I will present this information to my councilperson and Mayor's L9 liaison, and to the first Code Hearing which has not been scheduled to date.

The Fire Department, Station 49, came out, and possibly Entergy--not the NOPD--But I was able to get the 911 call info NOPD item number: FFD-19110900055972.
