All records related to 5123 and 5129 Canal Blvd (address may be listed as 5121, 5123, 5125, 5127, 5129, 5131) during the past 3 years including but not limited to all emails including all and any email attachments, internal or inter office memos, phone call records, calendars, notes including all internal or hidden notes, flags or comments within LAMA records, inspection related documents, citations, violation notices, fines notices and payments for violations, photos, applications, required permit and licensing documents, plans drawings or sketches, letters, city responses, etc. 

• Department of Safety and Permits (zoning, permitting, electrical mechanical and building divisions)
• Revenue / Finance Department with respect to business licenses and alcohol licenses
• City Planning Commission
Both to and from, or sent and received by any of these listed departments.
Other terms may or may not be included such as "KMY 5123 Canal Blvd LLC", “Cask", "Bob Roth(s)”, etc.
I understand there is working LAMA at city hall and look forward to all responsive documents. 
If for any reason what-so-ever a record is withheld or redacted, please detail each then record(s) certifying in writing the specific section of law which exempts that record(s), allows redaction or withholding.
