Ms. Ocker:

The custodian(s) have compiled records responsive to your request.  Due to the City of New Orleans COVID-19 Response, and the limited public access to City Hall, the records responsive to your request are uploaded here at no cost.  You may access the records by logging into your NextRequest account; a download link to the responsive records is available under the “Documents” section of the request page.

Please note that the documents regarding the relocation of City Hall to the Municipal Auditorium / Armstrong Park site are in draft form and not final.  Furthermore the site plan massing dated 3/20/20 is the most current version to date, and Woodward is currently under contract to complete their site analysis by early May.

Public meetings with local community and business leaders were planned to begin March 17th, but were delayed following the Mayor's proclamation restricting public gatherings on Monday March 16th.   These meetings will be rescheduled when that restriction is lifted.
