Please note that due to the cyberattack on December 13, 2019, the City does not have access to all records you have requested at this time, as the City's shared drives, applications and servers needed to fulfill your request remain inaccessible. The Bureau of Treasury has provided a payment history that dates back to 2010. The City does not have access to past property tax bills or any payment history prior to 2010. The records the City currently has access to have been made available for your review/purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a time frame for when the City will be fully recovered from the cyberattack. We encourage you to resubmit your request at a future date when City systems may be operational.
To review or purchase your records in person, please contact the City Attorney's Office Public Records Team at 504-658-9800 to schedule a day and time.
