any documentation concerning:

  1. Building Records, permits and/or violations with respect to the property.  Partner also requests copies of final building permits, final certificates of occupancy, and any permits for underground/aboveground storage tanks (UST/AST) installations with respect to the property, if available.
  2. Records of any outstanding Fire Citations or notices of violation with respect to the property.  Partner also requests your records for any registered/permitted USTs or ASTs, hazardous material spills of the property, if available.
  3. Records of any outstanding Health Code Violations or notices of violation with respect to the property.
  4. Records of Current Zoning and any Zoning Violations with respect to the property.
  5. Records of Environmental Concerns, possibly any spills, cleanups, testing, etc. for any historic property uses.
