All records on the One Stop Shop LAMA Permitting Website with respect to 2431 State Street from January 1, 2019 to Present (April 20, 20120) 

Included, but not limiting the return in any way, I would like to see:

 

1.  Any fire report prepared by the NOFD or the State Fire Marshal's Office that was received by the Department of Safety and Permits.  Correspondence in conjunction with Building Permit 19-27652-NEWC for a rebuild of 2431 State Street appears to suggest that there is at least one report on the fire that occurred in January, 2019.  

2.  All email correspondence to and from Todd Breckman (tdbreckman@nola.gov) and Charles Slibernagel (charles@clsarchitects.com) between January 1, 2019 and present (April 20, 2020) regarding 2431 State Street;

3. All email correspondence to and from Todd Breckman (tdbreckman@nola.gov) and Harley A. Nethken (harley@tech-con.net) between January 1, 2019 and present (April 20, 2020) regarding 2431 State Street;  

4.  All records in the possession of Safety and Permits (including those not on the LAMA Permitting Platform) which were previously made available.  I am specifically looking for any notes, emails, etc. regarding 2431 State Street between January 1, 2019 and  present (April 20, 2020);

5.  All email correspondence to and from Meghan Murphy (mnmurphy@nola.gov) and Charles Slibernagel (charles@clsarchitects.com) between January 1, 2019 and present (April 20, 2020) regarding 2431 State Street;

6.  All email correspondence to and from Meghan Murphy (mnmurphy@nola.gov) and Harley A. Nethken (harley@tech-con.net) between January 1, 2019 and present (April 20, 2020) regarding 2431 State Street;  

7.  All email between Todd Breckman (tdbreckman@nola.gov) and Meghan Murphy (mnmurphy@nola.gov) between January 1, 2019 and Present (April 20, 2020) regarding 2431 State Street;

8.  Any notes prepared by Meghan Murphy created in conjunction with the review of Building Permit 19-27652-NEWC / 2431 State Street, New Orleans, Louisiana

9  The name and contact information of the third-party vendor responsible for backing up the City's email system.

Due to the cyberattack on December 13, 2019, the City is not able to fulfill your request for emails dated prior to the cyberattack, as the City's shared drives, applications and servers needed to fulfill your request remain inaccessible. 

 

There are no records responsive to your request # 9 regarding third-party vendor responsible for backing up the City's email system, as the City's email is hosted by Microsoft in the cloud. Prior to the cyberattack, email storage was onsite and administered by the City.
